Why

To stay ahead and motivate your staff you need new blood and promote your own staff. To balance this you need to be able to transfer knowledge and information between individuals effectively.






What

Our Consultants review your resource pool, career paths/initiatives and the required business/project areas to understand the knowledge pools.

How

This will be determined with you, but typically:

· Scoping exercise


· Reviewing existing resource and skills


· Review on-going skill requirements


· Planning for knowledge transfer


· Knowledge capture


· Knowledge transfer.


This can include various documentation such as
process and data modelling/mapping, user guides.
