Why


In our experience, quality which can be established at the start of the Project leads to quality becoming an indistinguishable part of the project and the overhead at the start pays dividends in savings during the life of the project.


Peer and quality reviews provides a strong communication mechanism and pays dividends in keeping reducing duplication, assisting in keeping the whole project working in the same direction. Disciplined meetings provide effective use of resource time. Both these provide softer advantages such as motivating individuals to carry out thorough work and minimise wastage of time e.g. at inappropriate meetings.


What

Our Consultants can provided standards and templates if these are not already established. This will be followed by Quality monitoring with minimal disruption through-out the project.

How


· Agree level of quality to manage the Business and Projects expectation

· Provide a framework for consistency throughout the project

· Instill a positive quality mind set e.g. peer reviews

· Plan the quality review requirements

· Communicate the standards and requirements.


If required our Consultants can be an active participant in arranging and partaking in the reviews.
